Sean Skahan

My name is Sean Skahan, a former NHL strength and conditioning coach.

Certs: Master’s in Kinesiology, CSCS, FMS, CK-FMS, Strong First Level-1, and USA Weightlifting.

For over the last 20 years, I have been a strength and conditioning coach in the NHL while working with the Minnesota Wild and the Anaheim Ducks (where we won the Stanley Cup in 2007).  I have trained thousands of NHL players throughout this time.  Prior to the professional level, I have also worked at the Division 1 college level with Boston University, BostonCollege, the University of North Dakota, and the University of Minnesota.

I am excited to share that I will be working in the private sector with the intention of working with athletes to help them achieve their goals.  My Elite program consists of performing plyometrics, speed training, core strength, strength training, and conditioning.  I will be offering my skills and knowledge to all athletes.  My intention is to work with highly dedicated athletes who would like to get to the next level.
